Annual Summer Picnic
It is that time of year, SUMMER, when PBC members and guests gather to celebrate cycling, food, fun, and friendship!
Our annual summer celebration will be on Sunday, August 6, at Columbia Park. Prior to the all-important picnic, there will be a choice of club rides. Our August ride calendar will have further details. We welcome any ride leader interested in offering one of the pre-picnic rides. ✎
We will have a covered area with picnic tables, but you are encouraged to bring folding chairs. Festivities and games will begin in the park around 11:30 AM. Food serving will begin at 12:00 PM followed by raffle drawings. You must be present to win.
Portland Bicycling Club will provide sandwich fixings and beverages. (Gluten-free options will be available.) The popular potluck style will continue, and we’re asking PBC members to supplement the meal with sides or desserts.
