Ann Morrow, Elyse Berkovitch, and Cindy Bernert-Coppola are organizing a trip to the San Juan Islands for August 16-20, 2020, at the Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes, Friday Harbor, Washington.

For campsite reservations, go to www.lakedale.com or call 360-378-2350. Mention that you’d like to be close to the Bernert-Coppola site when you make your reservation, and they will try their best to group us together!

Everyone will make their own campsite reservations and be responsible for their own transportation, ferry crossings, and gear. Reservations are open currently, but the earlier the better as this popular destination fills quickly! Act soon!

The routes will be similar to previous years: Monday, San Juan Island (meeting at Bernert-Coppola campsite); Tuesday, Orcas Island (meeting at the ferry in Friday Harbor); and Wednesday, Lopez Island (meeting at the ferry in Friday Harbor).

We have already heard from several people who either have a campsite, a canvas cabin, an Airstream, or a room at the lodge at Lakedale. Some have said they would be staying in Friday Harbor.

Please email Cindy, [email protected], to be added to the list so we can communicate with each other and organize some carpooling and campsite sharing. We will still have the traditional 8:00 PM campfire, but you will each be responsible for your own cooking supplies.
