Pioneer Century® Volunteer Opportunities
Wow! Another month has gone by, and we still have positions open. You are soooooo lucky! Your procrastination has not deprived you of the opportunity to volunteer! Okay, I know this is the beginning of April, and the event isn’t until early June, but time is quickly running out. This is like planning a vacation, so you need to make sure you get your place reserved months in advance in order to get the experience you want.

Here is a list of open positions (download and read the “Team Responsibilities” attached to the introduction at the top of SignUpGenius. Some minor planning or errands may be required prior to the time designated for a position):
- Rental Truck Co-Driver – 1 position assisting the Primary Driver, but it is for 3 days of pure pleasure (day before, day of, and day after the event).
- Festivities Producer – 1 position assisting the Festivities Producer Team Leader on the morning of the event.
- Registration Ambassadors for pre-registered riders – 1 position on the morning of the event.
- Registration Ambassadors for day-of registrants – 4 positions on the morning of the event.
- Start/Finish Coffee – 1 position on the morning of the event. THIS POSITION WILL MAKE YOU A HERO!
- Rest Stop Ambassadors for Elliot Prairie – 1 position on the day of the event.
- Rest Stop Ambassadors for Saint Louis Church – 2 positions on the day of the event.
- Sanitary Engineers – 2 positions at the Start/Finish on the afternoon of the event.
- Storage Unit Unload Assistants – 2 positions on the morning AFTER the event.
