March 2023 Top Talk

Great to see everyone in person at the annual awards banquet! Special thanks to Krank Cogsette (aka Doug Myers), the MC extraordinaire. Also, thanks to all involved with organizing the event. Your hard work paid off. The food and company were wonderful. It was fun to see everyone dressed up in 70s gear, and the 70s trivia was a fun blast from the past. We have a great group of riders, ride leaders, and volunteers. Kicking off the year with this event inspired us to have a great time this year! Be sure to mark your calendars for next year.

Our club’s Pioneer Century® is scheduled for Saturday, June 3 this year. Although that date may seem like the distant future, planning for an event ride takes a lot of preparation. No other rides will be offered by the club that day, and if you’re not planning to ride, we need your help to make it happen. Volunteer positions are available. Sign up early to have the greatest selection of positions; and yes, it’s possible to find a position that will allow you to both volunteer and ride the ride!
