Shute Park to Forest Grove

Description

Sign-in will be with the ride leader at the start location. Provide your name, membership number and emergency contact phone number. The sign-in sheet will be filled out by the ride leader.

This ride starts from the parking lot behind the Senior Center off of SE 8th Ave. Much of this ride is beautiful farm country on the Tualatin Valley Scenic Bikeway. Traffic is very low. We will re-group every 5 miles, riding at a Brisk pace of 18-19 mph. The Forest Grove break won't be at BJ's Coffee. A course change will be described at the start to accommodate taking a break at Thatcher Park in Forest Grove. Riders riding slower than 18 mph: If you do not know the route, please print a cue sheet in case you are the only one riding that speed.
