Historic Highway State Trail Ribbon Cutting

Description

Starts in Cascade Locks UNDER the Bridge of the Gods. We’ll celebrate with the Friends of the Historic Columbia River Highway at Viento State Park as the ribbon is cut for 2 additional miles of Historic Highways State Trail. We’ll ride our bikes East to the park and explore and/or just hang out for the festivities. This is an out and back so riders may return together or separately. NOTE: remote travel so carry all your needs with you: plenty of fluids, snacks, etc. Total elevation gain is about 1,700 feet.
