Come join us for an easy, basically flat, five-mile loop starting and ending at Main City Park, and stop there (perfect for rookies at 10-13 mph!) …OR… keep going with an extended out-and-back at 13-15 mph to Silk Espresso on Dodge Park Blvd, slight incline but no steep hills.
