REI – South Skyline – Banks Loop

Description

Start at the upper parking lot of REI at the Streets of Tanasbourne, Hillsboro. Cycle on some of your old, long-lost favorites, newly resurfaced with nice smooth asphalt. Warm up on Helvetia then pedal up Logie Trail, which becomes Johnson, to Skyline. After a climbing a few miles on Skyline, sail down Moreland, Dorland and Shadybrook to North Plains and continue to Roy and Banks. Refreshments in Banks, then finish the remaining 18 miles on mostly flat roads. Plan on 16-18 mph on the flats.
