Cross into Washington and explore parts of Vancouver Bicycle Club’s Ride Around Clark County’s route (July 24 vbc-usa.com). Beautiful rural scenery, not to mention a couple of crossings of the mighty Columbia. Cut it short by turning around at any point and retracing the route. Shorter Group option also offered at about 12-13 mph on the flats. 15-17 mph on the flats.
