PBC RtB Training Ride 26 – REI to Hagg Lake Century

ATTENTION! Always check the PBC calendar for changes and cancellation within 24 hours of the departure date! Rides commence in cold and wet weather; however, if conditions are deemed unsafe, the ride will be cancelled.

Do the Hagg Lake Century! This century takes off north towards McMenamins Rock Creek Tavern to the summit on Skyline Blvd, which completes most of the climbing. This ride has rollers, so be prepared. Enjoy the descent on Johnson Rd. Head to North Plains and Roy where there is a restroom stop at St Francis Church. Pass by the Banks BV Trailhead and Cedar Canyon Rd. A small climb on Stafford Rd and head towards Hagg Lake. There is a stop at Lake Stop Convenience Store (water and restrooms). On the way back, head to Gaston and then the Forest Hills Golf Course (restrooms). Ride to Cornelius and the Scotch Church, Meeks Rd, Jacobson St path back to REI.
