Oregon Wine Country -Portland Bicycling Club

Oregon Wine Country

Description

Oregon Wine Country is stunningly beautiful for cyclists. Experience a ride through gorgeous back country roads where many Oregon vineyards live. We start in Newberg and loop through Yamhill, Carlton, McMinnville, Lafayette, Dundee, and back to Newberg. This ride has 3 climbs; otherwise, it is mostly flat with a few rollers. There are potential stops in Yamhill (general store), Carlton (bakery), McMinnville (food), and Lafayette (coffee). There should be plenty of opportunities for restrooms, food, and water.

ATTENTION! Always check the PBC calendar for changes and cancellations within 2 hours of the departure date! Rides commence in cold and wet weather; however, if conditions are deemed unsafe, the ride will be canceled.

Please read the Covid protocols before attending the ride. https://portlandbicyclingclub.com/protocols/
