Eagle Cap 6-Day Loaded Tour – Day 2 – Minam State Recreation Area to Wallowa Lake State Park

Ride from Minam State Recreation Area to Wallowa Lake State Park. Long (40 mi) gentle climb (2,300 ‘) to north end of Wallowa Lake. Follow lakeshore to the park entrance, and follow signs to Hiker Biker area. Showers available. Restaurants nearby within riding distance in resort area. Food (restaurants and grocery) as well as camper supplies are available in both Enterprise and Joseph.

Again, mileage is approximate, as RwGPS requires a start from the highway instead of the campground at Minam.

Pace: Whatever suits you. Probably average 8-10 mph for the day.
