Banks to Stubb Stewart State Park

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for sign-up/check-in. Cue sheets will be available if requested in advance. On line signup is available until 7:00 AM the day of the ride.

Start at Banks-Vernonia Trailhead in Banks, Oregon. Ride 10 miles up to Stubb Stewart Park and return. Easy and mostly flat for 5 miles, then a climb of about 700’ in the next five miles. but it is a sleigh ride going home!! Projected pace will be 12-15 mph until we get to the hill, and then 8-10. This is a group ride, however, and the actual pace will be the speed of the slowest rider. Be sure you and your bike are in shape for the climb. I will cancel the ride if there is heavy rain. If it is just regular Oregon rain, the ride is on. BE SURE TO CHECK THE WEBSITE OR CALL ME.
