VOLUNTEER FOR STP FINISH LINE -Portland Bicycling Club

VOLUNTEER FOR STP FINISH LINE

Description

PWTC coordinates the finish line at the Portland end of the annual Seattle to Portland bike ride (STP). This 206 mile ride, organized by Cascade Bicycle Club in Seattle, is the largest multi-day bicycle event in the Northwest, with up to 8,000 participants riding from Seattle to Portland in one or two days. The finish line is at Holladay Park near Lloyd Center. We organize up to 160 volunteers to support the finish line. If you are interested in volunteering, you may sign up online by going to https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0a4aa8a92ea5fa7-2019 and scanning the list for positions with a "Sign Up" check box, indicating we still need volunteers in this role. If you have any questions, please contact volunteer coordinator Corey Eng, [email protected]. If you would like to receive PWTC Club Mileage for riding to/from your volunteer shift, there will be a Sign-in Sheet at the Volunteer Check-in Booth. Volunteers riding their bike to Holladay Park may leave their bike in the secure Bike Corral. Bring your own lock for added peace of mind.
