Bicycling Beyond Boring and Labor Day Picnic

Description

We will start and end at our home in Boring and have a Boring BBQ afterwards! The route takes us through Boring and Sandy with lots of Mt Hood views as we ride along nurseries. There will be a water and restroom stop at Meinig Memorial Park (mile 10 ½), but we will not be stopping anywhere for food, so bring a snack to eat when we regroup at Jonsrud View Point (mile 12 ½). Heavy rain cancels. If planning on staying for the picnic, RSVP by September 1st. We will provide a meat (Chef’s choice), iced tea, and chips. Consider bringing a side dish or dessert to share.
