Description

Start at the upper parking lot of REI in the Streets of Tanasbourne, Hillsboro. This is a mostly flat ride, except for the gentle 2-3 percent 8 miles ascent to the turnaround at pavement end of Fern Flat Rd. If the weather is poor, those 16 miles can easily be skipped, leaving just 30 miles. Optional refreshment stop in North Plains. Expect 15-17 mph on the flats.
