RtB Training: REI to South Store Cafe and Back

Description

Join us on the initial Reach the Beach training ride. These rides help to get ready for the RtB event. Rides may commence in cold and wet weather; however, if conditions are deemed unsafe, the ride will be cancelled. Please check the calendar on the ride morning to check for cancellation.

A lovely coffee shop ride! Today we explore the Westside hills south of Sunset Hwy, featuring some nice rollers and smoothly paved roads. There is a planned stop at the namesake cafe.

Come with a sense of adventure and self reliance. You are expected to bring everything you need to fix a flat. Bring food and water, and appropriate clothing for the weather. Print out the PDF if you don't use a GPS device. This non-group ride does not include a sweeper, but a ride leader will respond as needed should something come up.
