RtB Training: REI to Banks, Hagg Lake and Back

Description

Another gorgeous Hagg Lake ride! First, we ride to the Banks BV Trailhead (restrooms available). Afterward, we head south to Forest Grove and onto the Lake Stop Convenience Store before heading around the lake. Hagg Lake has some significant rollers. On the way back, we ride by Gaston, the Forest Hills Golf Club (restrooms available). There are short climbs on Blooming Fern Hill Rd and Iowa Hill Rd, on the way to Farmington, after which it is mostly a flat ride back. A final short stop at Rood Bridge Trailhead.


Come with a sense of adventure and self reliance. You are expected to bring everything you need to fix a flat. Bring food and water, and appropriate clothing for the weather. Print out the PDF if you don't use a GPS device. This non-group ride does not include a sweeper, but a ride leader will respond as needed should something come up.
