It may take three hours to complete this ride because of hilly terrain. Bring snacks for brief breaks at Pittock Mansion and Council Crest. On a clear day, expect scenic views overlooking downtown Portland and maybe Mt Rainer. Twenty-four hundred feet of elevation gain will challenge you on uphills and reward you on downhills! Plan on regrouping and riding as a group through complicated parts of the route.
