Gravel Ride on Leif Erikson

Description

Start at the gate at the end of NW Thurman Street. From there we will head up Leif Erikson Drive, a gravel and dirt road running through the heart of Forest Park. Unfortunately, some of the road is currently closed due to construction. We'll do what we can and then head uphill on Saltzman Road, cross Skyline, and then explore the classy estates on the continuation of Saltzman. Bring your wide-tire bike for the gravel. Round trip should be around 20 miles, so if you want extra mileage, ride to the start!
