Sunriver, Mt. Bachelor Loop

Description

This is a simple loop ride around Mt Bachelor, passing by Elk Lake. The ride starts near the Sunriver traffic circle with the Sunriver Welcome Logo near Three Rivers School. It is a metric century, and the grades are not excessively steep. Carry the needed water. There are trailheads along the way, where bathrooms can be found. Be ready for the descent—after all, you earned it! It is a beautiful ride in a beautiful place.

Rides leave at the posted time, so arrive early enough to be ready. Rides may commence in cold and wet weather; however, they will be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe or excessively unpleasant. Please check the ride status on the calendar within five hours of the scheduled start time. Come with a sense of adventure and self-reliance. You are expected to bring what you need to fix a flat and keep yourself on track. Bring food, water, and the appropriate kit. Print and bring the PDF directions if you don't use GPS. Just so you know, this is a non-group ride, allowing participants to ride at their own pace.
