Bullards Beach Weekend 2020 – CANCELLED

With all of the uncertainty about the coming summer due to COVID-19, Bud Rice has cancelled this event. If people have made camping reservations, they are encouraged to cancel them.

The camping weekend for 2020 will be at Bullards Beach State Park, two miles north of Bandon on the southern Oregon coast. There will be morning rides on Friday through Sunday, July 10-12.

Friday’s ride loops south of Bandon, through cranberry bogs, with distances from 25 to 40 miles. Saturday, we ride east to Coquille on roads south of the Coquille River and return on roads north of the river for about 45 miles. Sunday’s ride heads north through more bogs and returns through the world-famous Bandon Dunes golf courses. Distances range from about 17 to 26 miles.

Make your own campground reservations at oregonstateparks.org or at 1-800 452-5687. Oregon State Park campgrounds will fill up very quickly for the coming summer, so don’t delay. If you are not a camper, you can still come. Bandon, with many motels, is only two miles south of the park. Event headquarters will be at campsite C35.
