Help Improve How Bike Lane Issues Get Reported

The City of Portland Digital Services Team is partnering with the Bicycle Advisory Committee to learn more about how bike lane issues are reported – and how the process can be improved.

To better understand the challenges cyclists face when they see a problem in a bike lane and try to report it, the City of Portland is hosting an in-person workshop. During the session, we’ll walk through the reporting process step by step, from noticing the issue to submitting a report. Our goal is to learn what’s confusing or frustrating – not to come up with solutions (yet!).

We are looking for 8-10 cyclists from across the city to participate. Your experiences navigating Portland’s streets will help us understand what’s working – and what needs attention.

You’ll be able to choose your preferred workshop time in the sign-up form. Here are the options:

  • Thurs, May 29 (~6pm)
  • Thurs, June 5 (~6pm)
  • Sat, June 7 (after 12pm)

Participants will be selected to ensure a mix of perspectives and neighborhoods are represented.
