Help Make the Pioneer Century® a Reality!
The Pioneer Century®, our club’s signature ride and premier outreach to the cycling community, is scheduled for Saturday, June 7. The route has been plotted, the rest stops have been secured, and the permits from the counties and municipalities the Pioneer traverses have been obtained.
All it needs is YOUR involvement to make it a success! Without volunteers, there can be no ride!

What can you do? There are plenty of opportunities, including: ✎
- Course marking
- Placing road signage
- Parking attendants
- Food shopping
- Start line setup/breakdown
- Registration (pre- and day-of-ride)
- SAG (support and gear) driving
- Loading/unloading (pre- and post- day of ride)
- Rental van driving
- Rest Stop food servers
It’s a fun way to contribute to the PBC and to meet other service-oriented club members! (If you’re set on riding the Pioneer, there are some positions where you can volunteer and still ride.)
