Volunteer for the Pioneer Century®

I’m baaaaaack! Let’s cut to the chase… We need volunteers. Lots of volunteers. We need them sooner, not later. We are very needy.

“But why should I volunteer?” you ask (you have asked this before).

“Because it is good for you, like broccoli, and will make you grow up (if you still need or want to) and be strong.”

“I don’t want to.”

“Why not?”

“Because I don’t like broccoli and volunteering.”

“Ooooooooooh. Now, you could use some involvement. You will feel good about yourself when you are done. You are the club, and now the club needs you to support an especially important event.”  ✎ 

“But Mr. Volunteer Coordinator, you never volunteered. I didn’t see you at last year’s Pioneer or the previous ones. Shouldn’t you have set an example? Why is this such a big deal now?”

“It is a big deal…because I screwed up. That was the old me. SO, PLEASE VOLUNTEER!!!!!!!! Now look what you did, I am nearly groveling. That hurt.”

PLEASE. PRETTY PLEASE. PRETTY PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP (or maybe ice cream), VOLUNTEER BY CLICKING HERE: SIGN-UP GENIUS (OMG, more groveling. That hurt even more.) You will see that some positions, particularly involved with pre-event efforts, do not take much time. I am sure that one of those positions is for you.

By the way, the response to the previous call for volunteers has been really positive, AND A REAL THANK YOU to all of you who have signed up already!!!!
