Columbia Gorge Express -Portland Bicycling Club

Columbia Gorge Express

If you haven’t had the chance to hop the Columbia Gorge Express bus from Gateway Transit Park & Ride, one way to Cascade Locks, it’s time to load your bicycle on the front rack of the bus and give it a spin! It’s only $5. You’ll ride your bike back from Cascade Locks via the old Highway 30 after a nice breakfast at the Bridgeside Restaurant on the Columbia River overlooking the Bridge of the Gods. You’ll certainly need the fuel to get you back to Gateway Park & Ride.

It’s important to keep in mind, the bus only holds three bikes on the front rack during the off-season. However, during the summer schedule starting June 14 buses carry up to eight bicylcles.  Questions?  Phone 888-246-6420 or email [email protected].
