The 80 Is Better Than the Alternative Ride. -Portland Bicycling Club

The 80 Is Better Than the Alternative Ride.

Description

Earlier this year some youngsters in the club had a ride because they were turning 75 this year. Now us seriously old riders are putting on a ride because we all turn 80 this year. In 1944 Roosevelt was president, Franklin not Teddy, and WWII was still going. As a concession to age we will be doing a bit more than 1/4 mile per year.
We'll stop at Buds house for snacks, drinks, and cake along the route. No candles. Too much of a wildfire hazard. We won't discriminate against younger riders who may want to come. Maps and sign in at the start.
