We will head to the North Portland neiborhoods, averaging 13 to 15 mph depending on the grade of the road. We will stay together and there will be a few short stops along the way. We will stop for lunch in North Portland somewhere? Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Length of ride depends on the weather?
